Sprint filter เป็นไส้กรองอากาศ Made in Italy
ผลิตจากใย Polyester เส้นใยละเอียดเรียงตัวสวยงาม เส้นใยเล็กกว่า cotton มาก (ไม่ใช่ cotton เหมือนยี่ห้ออื่นๆที่ต้องล้าง+เป่าแห้ง+สเปรย์น้ำมัน )
อากาศไหลผ่านได้ดี ดักจับผุ่นขนาดเล็กได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นิยมใช้ในรถแข่ง รวมทั้ง motoGP แค่เป่าลมทำความสะอาด

เส้นใย polyester สามารถดักจับฝุ่นขนาด100ไมครอนได้มากกว่า 93%
ในขณะที่ใย cotton พ่นน้ำมัน ดักจับได้เพียง 76%

The innovative SPRINT FILTER P08 filter in polyester is distinguished by all the special cotton filters for greater air flow, combined with greater filtering power and ease of maintenance.



HIGH AIR PASSAGE

It is clear from the graphs that the passage of air compared to that of a common special air filter in cotton is much higher. This increase in air and performance is mainly due to two fundamental factors: the filter material consisting of a polyester structure and the folds of the same filter higher than many other special air filters on the market. This last peculiarity of the SPRINT FILTER P08 air filters allows to obtain the maximum filtering surface on the panel filters (20 mm) allowing a greater development of the filtering surface, all to the benefit of the air passage and the quality in the filtration of the powders.



As is well known from the graphs, the air passage is far superior to that of a common cotton filter.

The total absence of oil to retain dust harmful to the life of the engine also allows a greater input of air for the same surface. Considering also that the filtering surface is very wide, it is possible to have a flow increase of about 25% compared to a cotton filter to the advantage of engine performance and protection ensured by greater filtration.



HIGH FILTRATING POWER

In addition to high air flow, the SPRINT FILTER P08 ensures a very high filtering power: 80 microns. Thanks to the use of polyester, the SPRINT FILTER P08 can hold 93.13% of the 100 micron particles against 76.42% of the 100 micron particles held by a cotton filter.

This is made possible by the special structure composed of 5 micron diameter wires that intertwine, leaving space for a large free surface within which air passes. The special structure that is created creates a plot with dimensions of 80 microns.

The precision with which this special air filter has been created has enabled us to obtain the best possible results to ensure the highest increase in performance and at the same time the highest filtering power in the category.

From the enlarged photos to the electron microscope, the stability and precision of the SPRINTFILTER P08 filter structure compared to a common cotton filter are clear.

Unlike an air filter in cotton soaked in oil to retain impurities, the filtering power and the passage of air remains constant over time: the air filter in cotton needs a periodic re-painting that does not ensure the same filtering power and the air passage of the our P08. It is also good to clarify that the permanence of the oil on a cotton air filter during normal use is very short in spite of the protection of the engine.



SIMPLICITY OF MAINTENANCE

Thanks to its almost indestructible structure, the air filter SPRINT FILTER P08 can be washed with any detergent, blown with compressed air and reassembled immediately, without any need to purchase additional maintenance kits or having to wait for drying and then oil it. The only precaution is not to expose it to direct heat sources (flame or sparks), but it is possible to dry it with jets of heat (hair dryer).

This is a dry filter so it should not be absolutely additived with oil, the maintenance process is therefore quick and simple (2 minutes after the airbox is opened)
